We begin by collecting your archive storage and document boxes from your company location free of charge. If you don’t have high-quality document storage boxes — we can supply them. All of your boxes will be tracked on leaving your premises, and a unique identity number will be given for each carton. You will then be able to manage your documents online identifying their exact location on our premises. We use state of the art RFID tracking systems, which comply with strict UK and EU regulations.
If you want any documents returned, your box is scanned when it is removed from the racking system so there’s always a secure audit trail. Secure and tracked vehicles carry all of your files so we know exactly where they are, every step of the way. Alternatively, our scan on demand service means that you can have an archived file on your screen in your office in 30 minutes.
