It is usually required that we conduct a free of charge waste audit, in order to establish which materials are being produced, as well as the volumes generated. This ensures that the whole process is as cost effective as possible, whilst maintaining an environmentally friendly approach. We are then able to provide you with a free quote to carry out either regular collections or one-off / ad hoc collections, depending on the amount of recyclable waste being produced by your business. Our staff are able to complete the collections from either outside your premises or we can supply internal recycling bins for separation at source, where we are then able to remove all materials and transport to our recycling facility.

Should larger volumes of cardboard be produced on a regular basis, On Time Shred are able to install a cardboard baler at your site, which in turn will reduce your costs even further.

The materials and items that On Time Shred are able to recycle are paper, cardboard, glass, cans, plastic bottles, vending cups, packaging, office furniture, any IT equipment, printer cartridges and wood including pallets.

Your legal obligations are fulfilled by the complete audit trail provided by On Time Shred, starting with a unique collection and waste transfer note number, recording all material collected from your premises, finishing with a Certificate of Destruction upon completion of shredding. The whole shredding process for is carried out in accordance with European Standard BS:EN15713:2009.
